公司新购买dell 990系列电脑，我们像往常一样从开机的时候选择超级急救盘，进入dos工具箱，结果无法进去，请问该如何解决啊

dell的机器引导记录应该有特殊的，你可以尝试一下重写主引导记录。

没有解决，好像是认不到硬盘一样，但开机的时候菜单却显示了。。了
