标题: Windows ThinPC 安装传真和扫描特征包成功，但是无法使用。 [打印本页]

标题: Windows ThinPC 安装传真和扫描特征包成功，但是无法使用。
thinPC 安装在wm8.0里(宿主机是win7旗舰版 )。

thinPC版本为en_windows_thin_pc_x86_697681.iso 。

加入了 winemb-fax-scan.cab，开始菜单里也有windows fax and scan。
系统服务里也有fax，但是没有启动，启动类型为：手动。
我手动启动fax service提示：The Fax service on Local Computer started and then stopped.Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.
无法启动。
windows fax and scan点击后，只见鼠标短暂的变为圈圈的样子（程序运动时的那种鼠标样子），并没有出现fax and scan窗口。

fax服务依赖的四个服务(Plug and Play,Print Spooler,Remote Procedure Call(RPC),Telephony)都是Automatic，状态也为Started。

请大家指点一下。

查看了一下Application Log：
里面有一个 Error,EventID:32041 (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd337303(WS.10).aspx)
一个Information,EventID:32018 (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd337337(WS.10).aspx)
对我还是没有帮助啊。

Administrative Tools里没有Fax Service Manager。

换成wes 7 with sp1安装时加入fax and scan包，能正常使用。
是MS 的thinpc的版本和特征包（wes 7 sp1中的）版本不同的原因吗？

可是wes7 sp1安装后，无法打开任务管理器，提示是任务管理器的exe文件不存在。

当你添加了新的组件包后要再次安装一次语言包，要不然你添加的组件可能缺少语言MUI文件无法启动！试试吧

先卸语言包了再安装语言包否则无效
