将用户定义的排除项添加到自动游戏检测
大量翻译更新
(1) GUI：如果受限用户尝试创建配置文件切换器规则，则添加访问被拒绝错误消息
(1) GUI：修复退出配置对话框时未保留动态线程优先级提升规则顺序的问题
(3) 核心：调整看门狗启动操作的默认完整性级别
(7) GUI：在打开单个进程上下文菜单后删除不必要的配置文件保存而不进行更改
(11) GUI/Core：将用户定义的排除项添加到自动游戏检测
(15) GUI：大量翻译更新
