如何才能让系统运行30天以上自动重启 ？

windows 2003 系统 ，cmd 下用 systeminfo 可以看到 System Up Time:  31 Days, 8 Hours, 6 Minutes, 32 Seconds
如何才能判断系统在运行30天以上自动重启呢 ？

at 00:00 /every:1 shutdown -f -s -t 0

每个月1号0点自动重启，也算是30天重启一次吧，呵呵，取巧一下
