在虚拟机中不能装诺顿

我有两个问题要请教:
1,在VMWARE上装好了WIN98,启动到蓝天白云过后出现一行字:
Cannot find a device file that May be needed to run windows or a windows application.The windows registry or SYSTEM.ini file refers to this device file,but the device file no longer exists.
IF you deleted this file on purpose,try unistalling ghe associated application using its uninstall or setup program. If you still want to use the application associated with this device file,try reinstalling that application to replace the Missing file.

按回车后可以进入到系统,在设备管理器中看到一黄色?号后有PCI Multimedia Audio Device.字样.结合上面那些英文我估计是音频设备的驱动没装好,可这虚拟机的驱动去哪找呢?
2,在虚拟系统里装NORTON杀毒软件显示"无效的目录或磁盘......."装不下去.
