求可以在MS-dos中強制把"使用中的檔案解鎖"的方法

想用rar.exe自動備份及回復，但總有些"使用中的檔案"不能成功壓縮~
unlocker又沒有命令可以調用~
TrueImageCmd和Ghost32又一定要用1:1這樣的格式，不能用磁盤區號，
因安全理由不能用1:1這樣的格式~有時拿出拿入1:1這樣的格式就會變了~

求大家幫幫忙~

PS: TrueImageCmd新版可以用指定磁區號這樣的參數了~！^^
以下為參考~
c:\ABRCMD\TrueImageCmd.exe /filename:"C:\LXP.tib" /filebackup /compression:1 /include:"R:"
c:\ABRCMD\TrueImageCmd.exe /filename:"C:\LXP.tib" /original_date:on /restore_security:on /overwrite:always /filerestore

不好意思，我再說清楚一點~^^

寫了一個批次檔，想用來自動備份及回復~
內埋包括rar.exe~

rar.exe 它是winrar的命令行版本~
但總有些檔案因"使用中"不能成功壓縮~
所以想請教一下有沒有一些MS-dos的工具或指令或參數可以強制把"使用中的檔案解鎖"都解除鎖定，
就可以順利完整壓縮了~

又不想用taskkill，因為程式還在使用~
unlocker做到可以強制把"使用中的檔案解鎖"都解除鎖定，
又不會關了使用中的程式~
但卻不可以用命令行的方法輸入~
用GUI就沒了自動的意義喔~

   Unlocker.exe Object [Option]

Object:

   Complete path including drive to a file or folder

Options:

   /H or -H or /? or -?: Display command line usage
   /S or -S: Unlock object without showing the GUI
   /L or -L: Object is a text file containing the list of files to unlock
   /LU or -LU: Similar to /L with a unicode list of files to unlock
   /O or -O: Outputs Unlocker-Log.txt log file in Unlocker directory
