Description:

The drive cannot recognize the licensed disc.



Possible solution:

-         Try to run the protected application with the disc in another drive if there is another drive in the computer.

-         Try to close all applications and utilities before running the protected application.

-         Remove the utilities managing the CD/DVD drives parameters.

-         Make sure that the licensed disc is not damaged and clean it with the special tools if needed.

Description:

The key was mistyped or there was an error when entering the key.



Possible solution:

-         Enter the key again, make sure that all characters of the key have been typed correctly, that they all are in upper case and that the key doesn't contain spaces or other unnecessary characters. Then try to check the disc again using the corrected key.

-         The error information window contains the mistyped key.



If the protected application does not require key and this error occurs, contact the product customer support service, attaching the report file to the mail.

Description:

The protection system unable to read some of the disc sectors. This may happen for the following reasons:



-         The disc is damaged;

-         The disc was removed from the drive during the disc check;

-         The entered key does not comply with the disc parameters.



Possible solution:

-         Make sure that the whole disc contents can be copied to the hard drive.

-         If the data cannot be copied, it means that the disc is damaged indeed, and you should acquire another, undamaged disc.

-         Make sure that the licensed disc does not have any physical damage and clean it with special tools if necessary.

Description:

-         If it is impossible (for example, none of IDE drives can read the disc), disable the IDE drives and run the application with the disc in SCSI/USB drive.

Description:

The protection system cannot find the disc in the drive or it is inaccessible.



Possible solution:

-         Make sure that the disc data can be viewed in the Windows Explorer.

-         Close all programs that may perform direct access to the disc drives.

-         If you have problems with a product distributed on several discs, make sure that the right disc is in the drive.

Description:

The disc checking process was interrupted by the end user.



Solution:

The solution is not needed, as you have interrupted the disc check process by yourself.



If the problem is not solved
In case if the recommendations above do not solve the problem, contact the protected product Customer Support Service and attach the generated error report to the email. Do not modify the error report, otherwise your request won't be considered.
