will add merge fuction in next version, you will be able to do this:

vbootctl merge child.vhd parent.vhd

right now, it's being test phase. Even if it's not expired, we would like people to update the drivers. Once it's stable and no critical bugs, we will consider providing a free version for personal use.

you should be able to boot MSDOS now, e.g.: vboot floppy=(hd0,1)/622.img

we will fully support Windows 3.1, 95, 98 booting from vhd in future releases.
