那个文件夹中的ReadMe.txt也有说明的，原版并没有集成，要自己添加，一般增强版都集成了。

Put "libwim-15.dll" from "https://wimlib.net/" here,
if you want to enable wimlib features in WinNTSetup.

You can add following to the ini file, to set wimlib as default
