Image for Windows 4.13发布

Added NTFS cluster resizing where needed.
TBWinPE/RE Builder – ADK uninstall option. Support for custom functions in plugins. Various other enhancements and fixes.
The image file created by this version requires an Image version 4.13 or later to restore.
Other changes, updates, and enhancements.
