GRUB4DOS提示符下有文本编辑器吗？

近期鼓捣电脑有两个需求：
（1）在grub提示符下直接编辑硬盘分区上的某文本文件。
（2）把某些grub命令（如uuid）的屏幕输出写入硬盘分区上的某文本文件。

其中第2个需求我很确定地在本区某贴的回复里看到过，不过现在怎么也找不到。

求各位大神指点，非常感谢！

直接编辑目前做不到

写入硬盘上的文件可以用

比如 uuid (hd0) > (hd0,0)/test.txt
